Jorge's involvement in national organizations like the YMCA of the USA and the Hispanic Latino Leadership Network underscores his dedication to inclusive growth across the nonprofit ecosystem.
Beth and Todd Guckenberger
Co-executive Directors, Back2Back Ministries
Beth and Todd Guckenberger are risk takers, people gatherers and lifelong learners, which is how they’ve managed to spearhead a movement to help vulnerable children that includes more than 45,000 people today. Together, they lead Back2Back Ministries, an international orphan care organization with nine locations around the world. The combined 350 staff work relentlessly to find new and creative solutions to the challenges facing vulnerable children and their families. They are thought leaders in a field they’ve now worked in over twenty-five years. Beth and Todd are the parents of eleven children, a family they’ve formed through biological, foster and adoptive children and who remind them every day to stay in the fight until every child is known and loved.
Chuck Mingo
CEO and Founder, Undivided
Chuck is the Founder and CEO of UNDIVIDED, a nonprofit organization built to unite and ignite people for racial justice through programming that takes participants through life-changing moments of racial healing. Chuck has turned a congregational training into a national movement with hub cities emerging throughout the country. Chuck’s leadership through UNDIVIDED has inspired and mobilized thousands from diverse backgrounds around the nation. In addition to leading UNDIVIDED, Chuck teaches and consults for churches and organizations around the country on a variety of topics related to race relations and racial justice. For nearly two decades, Chuck has served as a teaching pastor at one of the largest churches in America, Crossroads Church. Prior to being a pastor, Chuck spent nine years in the corporate world at Procter & Gamble. Chuck is married with three children and calls Cincinnati, Ohio home.
Brian Tome
Senior Pastor, Crossroads Church
Brian Tome is the founding and senior pastor of Crossroads Church. He has authored six books including his best-seller, The Five Marks of a Man. He also hosts The Aggressive Life with Brian Tome, a weekly podcast which has surpassed two million downloads. As an entrepreneur, Brian has opened several other non-profits and started Man Camp, a primitive weekend camping experience that has helped tens of thousands of men reclaim the code of manhood. An avid hunter and adventure motorcyclist, Brian is married with three children and lives in Cincinnati, Ohio.

Tim Senff
Mason Community Pastor, Crossroads Church and Founding Director, Crossroads ReachOut
Tim Senff is the Crossroads Mason Community Pastor and serves on a number of non-profit boards. Senff helped start Crossroads' ReachOut ministry 20 years ago, envisioning and launching initiatives such as GO Trips (which have filled up more than 10,556 plane and bus seats since their start), GO Cincinnati (now City Serve Day), a massive one-day community service blitz harnessing thousands of volunteers, CityLink Center, an integrated resource and service center center in Cincinnati to help people go from surviving to thriving, and OneCity For Recovery, a non-profit for those affected by the addiction crisis throughout the Cincinnati and Dayton metro areas. Tim is a dad of four, husband to one, and a lover of Buckeye football, ice cream, travel and people.

Jennifer Murphy has 25+ years of experience in brand strategy and implementation, corporate communications, and team leadership with both Fortune 500 and non-profit corporations. She’s served as a Board Member and advisor for several non-profit organizations. She also led the marketing, communications, and PR for one of the nation’s top independent private Christian schools. She has successfully developed and executed comprehensive strategies that align with mission, vision, and values and engage and inspire people to believe in the brand through impactful storytelling and leadership. Jen also loves sharing the Good Word and is a co-founder and writer for Good Word Project.
Latasha Patrick

LaTasha joined Crossroads in May, 2011 leading the Human Resources Team. Prior to Crossroads, LaTasha worked in Human Resources at TriHealth and Sallie Mae. She now leads HR as well as safety and security teams for all Crossroads’ sites. Crossroads is a multiple-site church serving communities in Greater Cincinnati, Central and Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus. Since joining staff, LaTasha has served as a member of the Management Team, helped create Woman Camp at Crossroads and is the co-creator of GoAlabama. GoAlabama is a week-long service and learning trip in Alabama designed to educate church attenders about the history of the civil rights movement and the church’s participation or complicity in the struggles. LaTasha also serves as a commissioned pastor.
Matthew Dooley
Partner and CEO, Dooley Social Studio
Matthew Dooley leads an award-winning social media studio in Cincinnati, OH with his twin sister. He also runs socialmediashowandtell.com, a quarterly event series featuring thought leaders in the space that attracts 150+ attendees per event. Matthew created the social media course at Xavier University and taught undergrads and MBAs for 10 years. Along the way, he ran a wearable technology startup called Kapture, which was Kickstarted in 2012, raised over $1M in venture capital, shipped product to over 50 different countries, and secured almost 200 media placements. He craves every opportunity to get in front of fellow entrepreneurs to gather inspiration and to share what he's learned. When he’s not thinking about entrepreneurship or marketing, he’s making crafts with his three kids or planning a date night with his wife of ten years.

She received her MBA from Southern New Hampshire University in May of 2022 and has spent 11 years as the Executive Director of the Community Building Institute in Middletown, Ohio. Karin has extensive experience in non-profit leadership, grant writing, and board management expertise. Before that, she spent 10 years on staff with Vineyard Cincinnati, her last role being the Pastor of Prayer & Pastoral Care. Karin resides in Sharonville with her husband of 35 years and has two grown daughters who live locally whom she adores spending time with.
Terry Phillips

Terry Phillips is the Pastor of People Ministries at Crossroads, one of the largest and fastest-growing churches in our country. His responsibilities incclude overseeing and serving the Next Generation, Adult, Camps, and ReachOut ministries across the church. Before joining Crossroads, he worked at dunnhumby (now 84.51), and consulted for prominent companies including P&G and Kroger. He is a devoted husband and father of 5 kids, and enjoys playing ice hockey and riding adventure motorcycles when he can.
Grant Dawson

Grant Dawson is a business owner and consultant who has helped start and grow multiple businesses, non-profits, and churches--including Cincy Gutter Boys, New Heights Roofing, Reset Ministries, and Vineyard Covington. His background in education and non-profit mixed with the last decade of business ownership has allowed him to help non-profits be more entrepreneurial and businesses to be more redemptive. His favorite roles are husband, father, and coach--which makes playing pickleball or volleyball with his family his favorite thing ever.
Dwight Young

Dwight Young is the co-founder and Executive Director of BLOC Ministries. He holds a Doctorate of Ministry in Practical Ministries, Emmanuel School of Religion and a Master of Divinity in Education from Southern Baptist Theological Seminary. He is board president of IDEA Charter School in Price Hill and former president of Cheviot-Westwood Kiwanis Club. Dwight has participated as a task force member as a part of the city of Cincinnati’s ‘Childhood Poverty Initiative’ and has also served on Kroger Company’s Cincinnati/Dayton Division Task Force for Equitable Communities since 2022.
