For nearly two decades, Chuck has served as a teaching pastor at one of the largest churches in America, Crossroads Church. Prior to being a pastor, Chuck spent nine years in the corporate world at Procter & Gamble. Chuck is married with three children and calls Cincinnati, Ohio home.

Tim Senff is the Crossroads Mason Community Pastor and serves on a number of non-profit boards. LaTasha joined Crossroads in May, 2011 leading the Human Resources Team. Prior to Crossroads, LaTasha worked in Human Resources at TriHealth and Sallie Mae. She now leads HR as well as safety and security teams for all Crossroads’ sites. Crossroads is a multiple-site church serving communities in Greater Cincinnati, Central and Northern Kentucky, Dayton and Columbus. Since joining staff, LaTasha has served as a member of the Management Team, helped create Woman Camp at Crossroads and is the co-creator of GoAlabama. GoAlabama is a week-long service and learning trip in Alabama designed to educate church attenders about the history of the civil rights movement and the church’s participation or complicity in the struggles. LaTasha also serves as a commissioned pastor.
