Note: Saturday Lunch is not included in the General Admission Conference Ticket but available for additional cost. At registration, attendees are welcome to decide from the lunch options at additional cost or can choose “I’ll grab my own lunch.” This allows the flexibility to provide your own or grab lunch at the many restaurants surrounding Crossroads East Side.
Bonus Breakfast (Sunday): New in 2025! We heard feedback at last year’s conference that women desire to build relationships with others who are like-minded and live in close proximity to one another. Wrap the weekend up by continuing the fun with breakfast at a local Crossroads site. It's the perfect chance to make a big conference feel small by connecting with other incredible and courageous women in your local community. Exact times TBA.

What do I need to bring to the conference?
You may want to bring a notebook and a Bible, but we will also provide a comprehensive conference booklet with logistics, schedules, and space to take notes. You will receive a tote bag full of goodies at registration. Keep that with you throughout the conference.
What if I can only come to one of the days or part of the conference?
We understand that your schedule may not allow you to attend the entire conference. While we encourage full participation, we also understand the need for flexibility. You are welcome to attend the parts of the conference that suit your schedule. Please note that the ticket price is set for the overall three-day experience and cannot be adjusted for partial attendance. Tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable.
What is the conference schedule?
The weekend will kick off with a conference session and welcome party on Friday night. Doors will open at 5:00pm, the session will begin promptly at 6:30pm and conclude at 10pm.
On Saturday, the doors will open for registration at 8am (if you missed Friday night) with the main conference running from 9:00am to 5:00pm, featuring inspiring speaker sessions, a breakout discussion, and time for connecting and reflection. A detailed schedule will be provided in your conference booklet.
Sunday all attendees are welcome to a Crossroads site for weekend service and an optional bonus breakfast to continue to connect with other women who attended the conference at a local site.
What will the main speakers be talking about?
We are incredibly fortunate to have three gifted women who will be talking about how we are created for mission, how to grow in confidence in your unique value to the Kingdom, and how to find the courage to take the next step in your calling. No matter where you are in your journey, our annual Ignite theme will bring fresh perspectives each year through our keynote speakers, powerful stories, and a variety of breakout sessions that will help you grow in your understanding of mission and calling in your life.
Are meals provided for attendees with dietary restrictions?
We aim to accommodate various dietary needs. During registration, if you select a ticket that includes a boxed lunch on Saturday, you will also be prompted to select your lunch option. Gluten free and vegan options will be available. Please email our team at women@crossroads.net if you have any other specific dietary concerns.
Note: Crossroads East Side is not a nut free facility.
Where do I park?
Free parking is available at Crossroads East Side. Please utilize the parking lots that are available both in front (North entrance) and behind (South entrance) the building. See map here.
Will refunds or ticket transfers be available if I am no longer able to attend?
Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate refunds or ticket transfers after the purchase of a conference ticket.
