What A Gift Means To Families
The holidays can be a challenging time for families impacted by incarceration and poverty. Your gifts, along with thousands of others, will give nearly 6,500 children in Ohio and Kentucky Christmas gifts this year who otherwise wouldn’t have any. In addition to donating gifts, you can help give children with incarcerated parents a special Christmas miracle by signing up to serve!

Volunteer to help with the giving
If you’re near a Site, jump in and help make the Christmas Gift Drive happen. You can sign up to bring the miracle of joy to kids on Christmas morning—whether that’s delivering gifts in prisons, working at the Christmas Warehouse to process donations, or joining our local team making Christmas Gift Drive across the region. There are tons of ways for you and your family to pitch in, and we’d love to see you there!
Serve at a prisonPraying for kids
You have the opportunity to pray for a specific child in our community who will receive gifts from our Christmas Gift Drive. Pick up an ornament with your child’s information at your site through December 1, 2024 and put it on your tree as a reminder to pray for them.
Ways you can pray over your child:
- Their health
- Protection
- Their future
- Their relationships with friends and family
- To come to know they are loved by God

Christmas Miracle is an amazing, hope-filled Christmas party that our community gets to host for children whose parents are incarcerated. This event empowers incarcerated parents to be a hero again by giving their children gifts they personally selected and wrapped, and gives them an opportunity to spend time with them participating in crafts and enjoying treats.
